Geoffrey Beetham, Director

Geoff has 20 years experience of estimating and surveying some of the finest listed buildings in the UK. These include the Palace of Westminster, Hampton Court Palace and the Tower of London. Geoff has also surveyed projects at the cathedrals of Bristol, Canterbury, Durham, Leicester, Peterborough, Sheffield, Southwark and Winchester. He has provided cost plans for Westminster Abbey and Tournai Cathedral in Belgium.  Geoff is a BA (Hons) graduate of Durham University.

Neil Nightingale, Director

Neil has managed projects at Chatsworth, Ashdown and Stowe Houses and many other grade 1 and 2 listed churches, homes, castles and abbeys. His career began as a carpenter and over the last 25 years he has gained extensive experience in traditional construction practices. Neil enjoys building a strong relationship with clients, design professionals and his construction team to deliver projects to be proud of.

Andy Price, H&S/General Manager

Andy has over 35 years experience working in the construction industry in the contract and private housing sector. He has experience in plant hire, training, transport and has a NEBOSH Health and Safety qualification in construction. Alongside his role in health and safety, he is assisting with estimating and surveying.

Andy Shepherd, Senior Site Manager

Andy has 25 years experience working in the construction industry, over 20 of which have been in the conservation sector. He has a background in carpentry, but is very much multi-skilled. Andy is SMSTS qualified and has managed projects of £1.5m. His broad spectrum of knowledge enables him to foresee and overcome complex issues often found when working on historical buildings.

Simon Furber, Site Supervisor

Simon quickly understands each projects requirements and establishes himself as a key member of the project team with a can-do attitude. He is effective at coordinating his team and managing subcontractors efficiently. Simon has supervised our team on projects such as St Marys House in Lichfield, Our Lady of Perpetual Succour in Wolverhampton, Oxford St in Wellingborough & YMCA Worcester.

Johan Winkleman, Craftsman

Johan or Jo as his is better known, has learned his trade in carpentry and brickwork in New Zealand and brings his experience in new build and restoration to the UK.  He is quickly broadening is skills on projects such as the HSHAZ Granby St Leicester and a Grade II* listed private gatehouse.
